Introduction
The vortex flowmeter integrates flow acquisition, temperature and pressure detection functions, and can automatically compensate for temperature, pressure and compression factor. It is widely used in the measurement of conventional gases such as natural gas, nitrogen, hydrogen, compressed air, coal gasification, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gas. The vortex flowmeter adopts advanced microprocessing technology, with high reliability and high calculation accuracy. It has excellent flow monitoring performance in online measurement of natural gas pipelines, can measure gas flow under low pressure, has a wide flow range, multi-signal output, and low interference sensitivity. Installation
1. The flow meter should be installed according to the flow direction mark.
2. The flow meter can be installed horizontally, vertically or at any angle.
3. The requirements for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections are as shown in the figure.
4. In general, there is no need to install a filter unless the measured medium contains large particles or long fibrous impurities.
5. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference and strong mechanical vibration around the flow meter.
6. The flow meter must be reliably grounded.
